PHOENIX (AP) ? The jury deciding the fate of Jodi Arias has heard dramatic and emotional testimony from the brother of the man she murdered.
Steven Alexander described the emotional and physical anguish he's suffered since losing his brother Travis Alexander in 2008, including ulcers, a separation from his wife and nightmares.
He emphatically told the jury: "I don't want these nightmares anymore. I don't want to have to see my brother's murderer anymore."
The defense and prosecution on Thursday delivered arguments to jurors on whether Arias should get a life sentence or be executed, as the case's penalty phase opened in a Phoenix courtroom.
The same jury convicted Arias of first-degree murder last week.
