Here is how the tiebreakers were determined according to Section III Class C chairman Keith Kempney:
Seeds 1-3 were determined by a blind draw of numbers.
Canstota's loss to Weedsport did not come into play because Weedsport is not a Class C school. Therefore Skaneateles, General Brown, and Canastota each had 5-0 division records.
Once 1-4 overall seeds were established he rest of the seeding is explained in the Section III handbook.
Other notes of interest: APW was the second place team from the North because they had a +8 point differential in the first half vs IHC and Lowville....Waterville was the second place team in the South because they beat Sherburne head to head....Mount Markham was the 4th place team in the south because they beat Morrisville head to head....Herkimer and Notre Dame are co-champs from the East, Herkimer is 1st place team from the East because they beat Notre Dame head to head.
